I have added to my coaching toolkit by getting certified in early May '22, as a Master Practitioner with Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (Wraw).   This framework supports individuals, leaders, teams and organisations to adapt to change and to thrive under pressure, through resilient thoughts and actions.

One to One Coaching 

Coaching sessions are One to One meetings between you and me.  These are usually in person, but can happen over Zoom if you prefer.  They are a resource within which you can address the things that are important to you.  I will work in partnership with you to help you find the answers you seek and to enable you to take the appropriate actions to reach your goals.
